Unicamp Challenge 2011

The Unicamp Challenge 2011 of Technological Innovation is a business model competition designed by Inova UNICAMP. Some of the technologies produced by the university will be available for the teams develop viable business models and products.

The teams will compete under one of two categories: academic (for students) and corporate (for partner companies’ employees) and they will be supported by experienced mentors during the competition.

The challenge was officially launched on March 28, 2011 with a Marcos Ferreti lecture about the history of a UNICAMP’s entrepreneur.

A Business Model Canvas Workshop is being offered for the Unicamp Challenge and Startup Weekend Campinas participants on April 9 and 16, with the support of Campinas Startups.  There still a lot of work to be done and the final will be on July 19, 2011.
