TR35 - Last day to nominate the best innovators under 35 in Brazil

Each year MIT Technology Review honors 35 innovators under 35 who are tackling important problems in transformative ways. Past winners include the founders of companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter or Tesla Motors.

The TR35 awards has been a global event held at the MIT campus for 11 years. Over the past 3 years, different countries have been staging TR35 events of their own, trying to come up with a list of not 35 but 10 top innovators under 35 years of age. This has allowed Technology Review to get a much closer look at innovation ecosystems such as China, India, Italy, Germany, Spain, Singapore, Mexico, Israel, Colombia or Argentina, countries that have already celebrated one or more editions of the TR35 awards. The stories of young innovators we are unveiling in these regions are fascinating not only because they are disruptive but also because they are new and out of the search radar for most investors and technology experts. MIT Tech Review is gradually expanding the reach of the TR35 awards, starting by the most active innovation ecosystems. This is why they are so interested in hosting a TR35 edition in Brazil.

As an affiliate of this program in Brazil, Innoveur invites you to look for aditional info and to nominate an innovator, visiting the award's website. The deadline for the nominations is August 31, 2012.
